Resources Management System

E-recruitment Management System

The E-recruitment module is for online faculty recruitment. A paperless solution reduces the administrative hassle and facilitates an
efficient recruitment process. Creates vacancies by defining basic requirements such as required qualifications, experience, number of vacancies,
etc., and can be hosted on the institute website.

The candidates apply online in response to the vacancies, and the data gets stored in the ERP. The applications are available for scrutiny and
approval by the scrutiny committee online.

Interview rounds are scheduled and their slots are marked by the interviewer. Subsequently, an email is sent to all the selected candidates, via
the system, for the interview.

After the interview rounds, the short-listed candidates are visible in the respective logins of the authorities for approval. Configure template
and generate appointment letters with the system in a click.

The selected candidate’s data is transferred to the service book module from the E-recruitment module and other faculty modules to avoid rework
and manual data entry.

Attendance Management System

Faculty attendance is managed efficiently via automation. Integrated biometric readers and the ERP work in sync to provide actual, precise
data. The faculty data is registered on the biometric devices integrated with the attendance server and the entire HRMS module. The employees
in-time and out-time are tracked. All the institute-defined rules are applied, and the total working hours are thus, calculated.

Auto-generated SMS, Email, or App notifications can be sent to the employees regarding late coming, early going, or poor attendance. This data gets
reflected in the payroll management system for monthly payroll and tracking of leaves.

Various reports, such as attendance and absentee reports, average working hours, taken leaves, poor attendance, and employee leave reports, are
generated within the system with just a click

Leave Management System

The leave management system provides a workflow-based solution to manage, track, and calculate faculty leaves from the inputs gathered
by the biometric readers. Data regarding leaves, leave rules, holidays, leave types, leave deduction sequence, and leave approval authority,
is fed into the ERP, which calculates the LWP.

Using their login, faculty can apply for leaves online such that it also gets reflected on the admin login. Auto notifications are sent to the admin
to inform them about pending leave approvals. The leave management system enables automation of leaves, opening balance records, and periodic leave
crediting. Moreover, on-duty leave application and sanctioning can be managed by defining flexible leave sanction authorities and paths.

The system calculates monthly leaves for each faculty and generates reports like monthly leaves, leave details, leave status, leave allotment, leave
applied, etc., in merely a few clicks. All this data also gets reflected in the BI dashboards, accessible by admins in real-time using their specific login.

Service Book

The service book module stores all the details of the faculty life cycle. It collects even the smallest of details about the faculty, ranging
from new employee records, personal information, and financial information to qualifying services, increments, and leaves. All this data can be
viewed by the admin anytime and from anywhere.

Details related to loans and advances, nominations, disciplinary actions, pay revisions and increments, leaves, promotions, transfer, training, conferences
attended or conducted, etc., are stored in the service book.

The module's employee personnel files are used as a document repository. Employee original documents can also be scanned, saved, and retrieved.

The technology also enables the faculty to submit an online request for self-appraisal, which can then be accepted and sanctioned by the appropriate authorities.
The ERP can also provide the appraisal report.

Payroll Management System

The ERP automates salary calculation and payroll generation. It creates a salary set up in accordance with the Institute requirement and defines pay
rules related to arrears calculation, pay scale, earning and deduction heads, subheads, supplementary heads, and create different departments and staff types
in the system.

The data gathered from the leave management system, and the attendance management system calculates the salary and generates the payroll by the ERP.

The system can generate customizable payroll reports like salary registers, pay slips, salary certificates, bank statements, annual salary reports, and even employee
ID cards. The ERP can also produce MIS reports based on designation and pay grade.
